The calendar is used to plan and report training. Click directly on the calendar to plan a workouts. You can also add general events like competitions and camps by clicking in the calendar. Workouts and events can be repeated for a number of weeks. Click on an event and then “Repeat”.
Week Workouts
Workouts can also be placed in the area above the calendar. Workouts put there are supposed to be performed during the week but the athlete has to plan the actual date. This is useful for individual training such as running or when the athlete weekly schedule is unknown.
