Create circuit workout

Learn how to create circuit and AMRAP workouts.

To plan a circuit workout simply first add the exercise you want to include and then mark them. Click on "Create interval group" to create a circuit.  

Circuits can either be counted in sets or a duration. Sets means that the athlete should complete the circuit a fixed number of sets. Duration means that the athlete should do as means sets as possible. Sometimes referred to as AMRAP (As many rounds as possible).
